John Davis, Partner and co-founder, joined Capstan from CB Richard
Ellis, where he served as Executive Managing Director of the Global
Corporate Services Group for 12 years. While at CBRE, he negotiated
over 200 million square feet of global outsourcing contracts and
managed over 1,000 professionals involved in the fulfillment of
transaction, project and facilities management contracts.
Mr.
Davis has over 30 years of experience in corporate real estate, as Vice
President of California Real Estate at the Bank of America, and one of
the creators of the corporate outsourcing business at the Koll
Company. He is a founding Board Member of CoreNet Global, a former
Chairman of the Board at NACORE, a former President of the Institute
for Corporate Real Estate, and a licensed architect.
Mr. Davis
holds an MBA degree in Business Administration from the University of
Southern California. He currently serves on the Planning Commission in
San Dimas, California.
