RFP Process Management
 
Capstan’s RFP Management Process is structured, detailed and cost effective for our clients. Our process maintains a competitive environment, but allows each bidder to work collaboratively with the client CRE team towards a solution that aligns the interests of both parties.

Capstan helps you find the right service provider solutions and crafts flexible, performance-based contracts. We work with you in a multi-phased process to:

  • Assemble building data, current contracts and costs, and activity volumes for each function in scope
  • Draft a Request for Proposal including statements of work, service level agreements, key business terms and pricing templates to allow comparison of bids received
  • Conduct joint solution design sessions where client teams work with each bidder to build solutions and test the cultural fit between the two organizations
  • Evaluate proposals against our RFP Scorecard criteria, selecting a short list and soliciting Best and Final Offers
  • Finalize the business case, readying the team for contract negotiations with the winning bidders, and communicating results to all stakeholders
