Assemble building data, current contracts and costs, and activity volumes for each function in scope
Draft
a Request for Proposal including statements of work, service level
agreements, key business terms and pricing templates to allow
comparison of bids received
Conduct joint solution design
sessions where client teams work with each bidder to build solutions
and test the cultural fit between the two organizations
Evaluate proposals against our RFP Scorecard criteria, selecting a short list and soliciting Best and Final Offers
Finalize
the business case, readying the team for contract negotiations with the
winning bidders, and communicating results to all stakeholders
