Kent Wiegel, Partner and co-founder, joined Capstan following over 20
years at Washington Mutual Bank, where he was Senior Vice President in
Charge of Corporate Properties. At WaMu, Mr. Wiegel was responsible
for managing over 250 real estate professionals and 3,000 properties
with 25 million square feet of space. In 2006-2007, he managed the
construction of the new WaMu headquarters building in Seattle, which
included an innovative workplace design program linking workspace to
the bank’s brand and culture.
Mr. Wiegel is a licensed CPA and holds an MBA from the University of Washington.
