Capstan Advisors is the premier consulting firm in the U.S. dedicated to advising corporate real estate executives of global companies on best practices in portfolio management. Since our inception in 2007, Capstan has completed over 100 major projects for corporations with owned and leased real estate portfolios in the Americas, EMEA and Asia.

Our Leadership Team


Our leadership team includes two partners who ran CRE groups with over 20M SF of space, two partners with over 10 years of experience with major service providers, and two partners with over 20 years consulting to CRE executives.


Clients count on us to know the issues and propose creative solutions based on our knowledge of best practices. And to make those solutions work by collaborating with the CRE team, Procurement, service providers and all other stakeholders.


We assign two partners to each project so that we are always at the ready to respond to client requests. And we keep flexible to accommodate changes in direction that frequently arise in the course of a typical 6 to 9 month engagement.



In organization design, process improvement and sourcing strategy engagements, Capstan’s senior professionals provide best practices and market benchmarks to build strong foundations for CRE transformation strategies.
